ABOUT／概要
TSUMAGOI SKYRUN (嬬恋スカイラン)は、群馬県嬬恋村の標高1200-2300mの高原・山岳で開催されるアウトドアスポーツのイベントです。4月に雪上のSKYSNOW、8月に山岳のSKYRUN、と特色異なる2つのアウトドアランニング大会を開催します。全ての大会で小学生から参加できるコース・部門を設けています。アウトドアスポーツの力で子供たちに「夢」を山間地に「希望」を。そして嬬恋の山々をご自分のホームマウンテンにしてほしいという願いを込めて。スタッフ一同、皆様のご参加をお待ちしております！
TSUMAGOI SKYRUN is an outdoor sports event held on the plateau and mountains at an altitude of 1200-2300m in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture. Two different outdoor running competitions are held: SKYSNOW on the snow in April, and SKYRUN in the mountains in August. All competitions have courses and divisions that elementary school students can participate in. With the power of outdoor sports, we hope to bring "dreams" to children and "hope" to the mountainous areas. And we hope that you will make the mountains of Tsumagoi your home mountain. All the staff are looking forward to your participation!

基本的な注意事項・キャンセルポリシー
●選手は自然の中で行われる競技に危険が伴うことを充分に認識し、ケガ、病気、事故などに対して、自己の責任において大会に出場してください。主催者は応急処置を施しますが、参加者の怪我や健康疾患に責任を負いません。
●疫病の感染拡大、及び、気象条件・地震等の災害等の理由で参加者・スタッフに危険が伴うと判断された場合、大会を中止する場合があります。その場合は、次回大会への参加権利の移行、もしくは、必要経費分を引いた形での返金やポイント還元など、状況に応じて参加者の皆様及び大会側の不利益が最小限になるための策を、大会側が判断して実施いたしますことを予めご承知おきください。
●エントリー完了後（参加費入金後）の自己都合によるキャンセルは、返金対応いたしかねます。また、特定の地域の移動制限により参加できない場合も入金後の返金は対応いたしかねます。
●コースの大部分は上信越高原国立公園内の登山道となります。嬬恋村の美しい自然を守るために、ゴミを捨てない、ルートから逸れない、携帯トイレを利用するなど、レース中も登山者としてのマナーやルールを守った上でご参加ください。また、一般のハイカーや登山者とルートはシェアすることになります。ルート上での声の掛け合い・譲り合いをお願い致します。
●会場へのアクセスは自家用車なります（大会参加者専用の送迎バスはありません）。自家用車でお越しになる方は指定された駐車場に停車してください。荷物は受付会場に置くスペース（選手控室）を設けますが、貴重品は各自で管理してください。トイレはパルコール嬬恋リゾートレストハウス内等の指定された場所のものを使用することとします。

Basic precautions/cancellation policy
●Athletes should be fully aware of the dangers involved in competitions held in the natural environment and should take responsibility for injuries, illnesses, accidents, etc. when participating in the competition. The organizers will provide first aid, but will not be responsible for any injuries or health problems suffered by participants.
●The event may be canceled if it is deemed that participants or staff are in danger due to the spread of infectious diseases, weather conditions, earthquakes, or other disasters. In such cases, the organizers will determine and implement measures to minimize the disadvantage to participants and the organizers, such as transferring the right to participate in the next event, or refunding the participation fee minus necessary expenses or point redemption, depending on the situation.
●We cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons after completing the entry (after payment of the participation fee). In addition, we cannot provide refunds after payment if you are unable to participate due to travel restrictions in a specific area.
●Most of the course is a mountain trail within Joshinetsu Kogen National Park. In order to protect the beautiful nature of Tsumagoi Village, please follow the etiquette and rules of mountaineers during the race, such as not littering, staying on the route, and using portable toilets. In addition, you will share the route with general hikers and climbers. Please call out to each other and give way to others along the route.
● Access to the venue will be by private car (there will be no shuttle buses exclusively for tournament participants). If you are coming by car, please park in the designated parking lot. There will be a space to leave your luggage at the reception venue (athlete waiting room), but please keep your valuables with you. Toilets will be used in designated locations such as the Palcall Tsumagoi Resort Rest House.
